A Melbourne based professional Artist for the past 25 years Jason is internationally acclaimed having exhibited in the United States, Europe, Asia and throughout Australia.
His stunning watercolour works of our red gum agricultural landscape, including livestock, working dogs and farm yard scenes came to our attention recently through the Casterton Kelpie Festival and the Hamilton Rotary Art Show. We are thrilled to have Jason as our 'Feature Artist' for the Cavendish Red Gum Festival 2022. Essential to Jason's realistic attention to detail, depicted in his completed works is extensive on-site preliminary sketching, composition, construction and painting. Jason has received many local and Australian awards including the prestigious Waterhouse Prize for Natural History Art at the Museum of South Australia 2002.
