2020 CELEBRATING RED GUMS BUS TOURS
​Sunday 5th April

Please join us to visit and view some of the most beautiful trees in the world!
 
We have organised two bus tours of the local district, visiting iconic landscapes, features and regeneration projects. 
Each tour will provide  an opportunity to get off the bus and view projects, sites and trees up close.

Departing Cavendish.
The Red Gum Gallery will be open beforehand if you fancy a look before we commence.
 
Tour 1: Agricultural and Red Gum Landscape Tour

9am – 12.30pm  
 
This guided tour will include a broad range of regeneration projects in the Mooralla, Woohlpooer and Cavendish district.  Some walking (approx. 500m) will be involved in bushland setting.
 
Tour 2: Basalt Plains/grasslands and significant trees Tour
1pm – 4pm    

 
This guided tour will include visiting 2 significant trees on private properties, along with exploring local biodiversity and native grasslands.
Some walking (approx. 1km) will be involved in paddock setting, along track.
 
If numbers allow, each tour will be repeated.
 

Suitable clothing to weather conditions and sturdy footwear are essential!
COST: $5 per person, per tour - please pay as you hop on the bus on Sunday.

  1. The Opening Gala on Friday 3rd April
  2. The Celebrating Red Gums Marquee on Saturday 4th April
  3. Or fill in and submit the booking form at the bottom of this page
(this option is preferred to help us finalise numbers and buses needed)​​
